In an effort to inform the public about the need for receivership, Campaign Zero placed decals and stickers across the streets of New York City. This public art activism demanded receivership for Rikers Island.

The public pressure applied by Campaign Zero and other organizations helped shift the conversation, leading dozens of elected officials and community leaders to call for a receiver to take control of Rikers Island Jail away from Mayor Adams.
