Campaign Zero partnered with Lezley McSpadden-Head and the Michael O.D. Brown We Love Our Sons and Daughters Foundation for the inaugural Michael O.D. Brown Scholarship. Campaign Zero collaborated with the Foundation throughout the scholarship process and helped organize and host a scholarship dinner for recipients. The evening featured heartfelt stories and inspiring speeches as Lezley awarded St. Louis students with scholarships in Mike’s name.

15 college-bound seniors from across 6 St. Louis-area high schools, including Mike’s alma matter Normandy High School, applied, interviewed, and were awarded $3000 to support their educational aspirations in performing arts, trades, and social justice. An honoree dinner was held to celebrate recipients at Webster University’s Edward Jones Commons.
